Marlborough are pleased to have secured Victoria Riverside for new client CR Construction (UK) in Manchester. The large-scale development will see the creation of 634 high quality homes in Manchester city centre’s Red Bank neighbourhood, which is part of FEC and Manchester City Council’s Victoria North regeneration scheme.
